At Fut Latino, we send all orders to our factory on the same day they are placed. This ensures the fastest possible delivery for our customers. Because of this fast processing, our refund policy is structured as follows:

👕 Personalized / Custom Items
Orders with custom name and number personalization are non-refundable after 24 hours, as they are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold.
🛠️ Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at futlatinoshop@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly — either with a replacement or a full refund.
⚠️ Important Regarding Sizing
All our products are made to order, and we provide detailed size guides on every product page. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds due to sizing issues. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
📦 How to Return an Item (After 48 Hours)
- Contact us at futlatinoshop@gmail.com with your order number
- We will send you return instructions via email
- Ship the item back to us (item must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days
⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Personalized/custom items (after 24 hours)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn or washed
💸 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
